To make this as easy as possible, I'll start early so that way there will be no confusion.
The first thing you have to do is find with an idea, create characters and think of how the plot and characters will evolve throughout history. A cartoon is very much like most other types of books where you can let your imagination run free when you let go your main characters and intrigue and a little dramatic commitment. Once you have the personality and skills (if any) of your cartoon characters to down, start your first draft. When done, go over it and make some changes by adding more characters, killing off some, adding a point in the plot or removing useless ideas. Finally, come with a great cover. Once you feel satisfied with your work, go to a few trusted friends and ask them for feedback. Once you are completely satisfied that you have, the more comic book that you may have, it Time to find a printer. You can easily do this in two ways. If you use a printing company online, be sure to download images and clear high resolution and to give them all the instructions and you could have. If you work with a printing company in person, again, give clear instructions in writing. For both services, be sure to let them know that you want your contact information inside the front cover. Comic book store employees can grow your comic for buyers and perhaps introduce you to connections. Finally, you can sell your comics online. If you're a writer unknown or artist, it will be a slow but steady process, but that's another story for another time.
Comic book printing is still easy to do and can be done by anyone who has a love for comic books.
